Jocelyn is everything anyone would want their baker to be; charming, smart and extremely talented. She had us at cake, but we quickly found out her skills don’t stop there – cupcakes, meringues, macarons (yes!) and any specialty confection, like canelés, are part of her repertoire. What are canelés? Let’s just say they are a little piece of custardy heaven on earth that we are now craving and wishing we had more of.
