Jocelyn is everything anyone would want their baker to be; charming, smart and extremely talented. She had us at cake, but we quickly found out her skills don’t stop there – cupcakes, meringues, macarons (yes!) and any specialty confection, like canelés, are part of her repertoire. What are canelés? Let’s just say they are a little piece of custardy heaven on earth that we are now craving and wishing we had more of.

There haven’t been many cakes in our lives that have been memorable, but Jocelyn’s sure are…let’s just say that we are really glad she relocated to Rockport shortly after graduating from The French Pastry School in IL.
